To Use:
Applies easily with a damp brush. First apply a thin layer of our Glitter Base Gel Adhesive or 2 in 1 Adhesive Eyeliner, then gently pat glitter particles into place. Mix into glosses or layer over shadows for added radiance.
Can be applied directly to the skin or combined with products to create high-level glitter and sparkle effect.
